Privacy Policy
Who we are
This site is operated by IVALUECHAIN LTD, trading as iVC Consulting, at 20 St Dunstan's Hill, London EC3R 8HL, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through transferpricingtools.com. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to office@ivc-consulting.com and we will respond directly.
What we collect
We collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, company and any context you share when you book an introductory call or email us. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device type, which is aggregated and not used to identify individual visitors.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used only to respond to you, arrange a call and follow up on that conversation. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved. We rely on legitimate interests for both, and on consent where a cookie or tracking technology requires it under applicable law.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. It sets cookies that record an anonymous identifier, pages visited and how you arrived. You can block these through your browser settings or a tracking blocker without losing access to any part of the site. Booking links open Microsoft Outlook, which applies its own privacy terms.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers that host the site, deliver our email and run our calendar and analytics, each acting under contract. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial relationship or a live enquiry requires, and analytics records are retained on a rolling basis before deletion.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent at any time. Email office@ivc-consulting.com and we will act within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
